TMT is short for "Tickle My Tastebuds" Food and Nutrition Consultancy. TMT is a family-owned small business located on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The majority of our services can be offered remotely, so no matter where you are in Australia, or even the world, TMT can help.

WHO IS BEHIND TMT?

Kristy Costello is the founder and Senior consultant for TMT, with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, HACCP certifications, Laboratory qualifications, and over 26 years of experience and further qualifications in all aspects of the hospitality and food manufacturing industries, she brings a wealth of experience to share.

Kristy is a proud member of the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA), the leading professional organisation for qualified nutritionists in the country. NSA membership is only granted to individuals who meet strict academic and professional criteria, including formal qualifications in nutrition science. This ensures that all members are equipped with evidence-based knowledge and are committed to maintaining high standards of practice. Our membership reflects our dedication to professional integrity, ongoing education, and providing our clients with accurate, science-backed nutrition support they can trust.
